Sizing & Fit Taking into account our unique fit, we recommend buying 1.5 sizes up for regular or medium feet. If you have wide feet, buy 1.5 sizes up. For small feet, buy 1 size up. We offer both regular (C) and wide (D) widths. Hikers who hike long distances, use thick socks, or are new to La Sportiva may want to consider an additional half size.
